By using this website and placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.

 

2. Product Availability and Pre-Order Policy

​

The TRUST® Tactical Tourniquet is currently available for pre-order only. The estimated shipping date is mid-January 2026.

All customers who place a pre-order will receive an email confirmation of payment and an advance notification at least 30 days prior to the actual shipping date.

If you decide to cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us at sales@trust-tq.com with your order details.

 

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices shown on this website include 21% Value Added Tax (VAT), as per the current rate in Latvia, a member state of the European Union.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or other local taxes in their respective countries.

 

4. Payment Methods

​

You can pay for your order using the available checkout methods on the website. Payments are securely processed using third-party payment processors.

If you are paying from one country and shipping to another, please do not use the PayPal Express Checkout option, as this may cause address verification issues.

 

5. Shipping Policy

​

We ship internationally and will estimate delivery dates based on your selected shipping method and destination.

Shipping costs are weight-based, and any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
Free shipping is offered for EU and EEA countries. Other counties – Flat rate 10 EUR.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

​

Pre-Orders

You may cancel and request a refund for your pre-order at any time before shipping. No questions asked.

Standard Orders (< €1000)

New, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return costs.

Refunds are processed once we receive the returned item. Refund of a lost or delayed shipment will only be issued after the package returns to us or after 120 days from the shipping date.

 

7. Costs for Unclaimed or Rejected Packages

​

If a package is unclaimed, rejected, or not cleared through customs, it will return to us automatically. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

For orders with free shipping, we will deduct a 30% restocking fee from the refund amount.

 

8. Wholesale Orders (> €1000)

​

Orders exceeding €1000 are considered business-to-business (B2B) and not subject to the standard return policy.
Separate agreements and terms apply for wholesale customers. Please contact us at sales@trust-tq.com for B2B terms.

 

9. Compliance with Local Laws

​

As the importer, you are responsible for ensuring that the product complies with the laws, regulations, and restrictions of your country.

For most countries, orders for personal use do not require special permits. However, if your country charges import VAT, duties, or GST, you are responsible for covering them upon delivery.

 

10. Privacy and GDPR Compliance

We take your data protection seriously and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When placing an order, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data solely for the purposes of:

• Payment collection
